Baldi for a Balti

We recently teamed up with Monir Mohammed, the chef behind the mother of all curry houses, Mother India based in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. It was a case of lets swap a curry-cooking lesson for an FUE hair transplant between our director Fraser Christensen and Monir.

Our Fraser is an avid cook and curry-lover, so ceased the opportunity to quiz the chef on his culinary secrets and offered him an exchange.

Our story appeared in the Daily Record: Fraser Cooking at Monir'sThey had their cook day last week at Monir’s home and our Fraser has promised to cook all the GC staff a delicious curry to test out his new secret recipes. We can’t wait!
